Life Hack for Getting Suddenly Awesome: Tell Yourself the Truth, Always

Nobody is perfect. But this is one thing you want to try to get perfect, because it will lead to so many other good things in your life, and it is this: tell yourself the truth.

About everything.

And if you can’t tell yourself the truth, always, about everything—do it as much as you possibly can.

As human beings, we will always have faults.

We will never see things exactly as they are—only as our mind interprets them.

We are blind.

However, if we’re honest about our shortcomings, and then decide that even if we can’t change them right now, someday we will, and it will be great, well—someday, we will.

And it will be great.

  1. I would like to recommend writer Julia Cameron’s recommendation on Morning Pages–three, long-handed pages of stream of consciousness, which she recommends for one’s first morning activity. I have learned so much that way! And you are sending me to the page right now.

    Most cordially, Celia

    1. Hi Celia! Good to hear from you. 🙂 That’s cool! Writing is so relaxing for me. I love writing my positive affirmations in the a.m. (though I don’t do it every day).

  2. Hi Mollie
