So, my baby can talk now. I counted the number of words he knows and it’s well over two hundred. However, the only ones I hear with any frequency are: 1. “boo-boo” (boobie), and 2. “up.”

  1. My two kids are grown and adult but I clearly remember the wonder of watching them learn and hearing them experiment with their voices making sounds, and the vocabulary that blossomed like wheat all of a sudden. Bless you with your son, and Bless your writing.

  2. Watching a child learn to converse is such a wonderful thing. While I don’t see my great niece as often as I could, I do so enjoy watching her slowly master the language that I love so much.
Her words are very repetitive now, too.
